Yes, we are registered with major private health insurers. Please ask us if we cover your specific provider.

How do I pay for sessions?

If you are self-funding, payment is usually automatically charged to the bank card you have pre-authorised, processed 48 hours before each appointment. If you are insured, we manage payment directly with your insurer.

If I use insurance, what information do I need to provide beforehand?

Yes. We offer secure, online therapy for clients across the UK. Many clients choose a combination of in-person and online sessions — in-person for deeper therapeutic work and online for convenience. All sessions, whether in-person or online, are strictly confidential.

What is the cancellation policy, and what is the fee for a missed session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed appointments, may incur the full session fee.
