Conditions Treated

From anxiety to depression to specific phobias, mental health conditions can affect many of us in different ways. They can shape the way we relate to others, affect our ability to function day-to-day and limit our ability to engage fully in life.

Whether you're seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD or chronic stress, InnerWork CBT aims to provide personalised care that helps individuals build resilience and develop lasting skills that empower them to move towards healthier and thriving lives.

Anxiety

If your worry is intense, constant and dominates your thoughts, becomes overwhelming and makes it hard to do everyday activities, an anxiety disorder may be the cause.

Depression

If you’re experiencing depressive symptoms lasting longer than a couple of weeks and they’re affecting your ability to function day-to-day, you may have depression.

Obsessive-compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD involves repetitive, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and/or irrational, excessive urges to repeat certain actions (compulsions) over and over, and can be distressing.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

If you have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event and suffer from symptoms, such as anxiety, that persist for longer than a few weeks, you may have PTSD.

Phobias

A specific phobia involves feeling an intense, irrational fear of a specific object or situation that’s out of proportion to the actual danger the object or situation poses.

Stress

When you experience high levels of stress long term, it can impact your health and enjoyment of life, so if you’ve been feeling stressed for more than a few weeks, you may need to seek help.
